How a request flows

AI Intake process: New → Triage, then routed to Redirected, Linked & Closed (duplicate), Platform Owner (access), Urgent Review, or the Ideas Board; scored ideas go to Weekly Review, then Security / Ops Review, Decision, and finally Approved (build track) or Rejected.
